Hello everyone! This is Megalon from my story "Devilman DxD: Demons and Devils" and its prequel "Devilman DxD: Amon's Origins", based on his counterpart from both the Showa Godzilla continuity and the Gemstone's Godzilla VS Megalon, which so happened to be a direct sequel to Godzilla VS Gigan Rex.

In this version, Megalon is the descendant of prehistoric arthropods that ruled over prehistoric Earth during the Carboniferous Era; he's also the guardian of the underground kingdom of Seatopia, composed with descendants of the people of Gomorrah.

Also, much like his canon counterpart, Megalon was unleashed upon the surface world after repeated nuclear tests had ravaged Seatopia, causing him to surface in Japan and attacked Tokyo, guided by the stolen robot Jet Jaguar. However, Jet Jaguar was soon freed from the Seatopians' control by his own creator and turned against Megalon. Despite the fact that Gigan arrived to aid Megalon, the two monsters were defeated and sent retreating after the young Godzilla Senior joined Jet Jaguar in battle.

Years later, Megalon was both mutated and powered up by the carcass of Gigan Rex alongside the rest of Gigan Miles that were stored inside several G-Force facility warehouse storages, causing him to become formidably powerful enough to the point that Jet Jaguar had to team up with the late Godzilla Senior's two adoptive sons Minilla and Godzilla Junior in order to take him down permanently.
