Hi! and thank you. I just used some random brush on PS. im not sure which one since i edited most of it and whatnot. As for the background. Its a texture brush that can be found on dA.Β

Ah that explains a bit. I don't have PS, so of course I don't know the brushes. It's just that I soo like the texture of the skin and coat and would have loved to try the same. I gotta get PS already

there are alot of free art software such as Paint Sai or medibang paint. You dont have to get PS just to have exactly the same brushes. its really all in how you use the tools.
