Very cool picture! There are some parts that need some work though, such as the tail. The perspective is a bit off and it looks like a safety-pin at the end. If the very end was moved up just a tad, it would look a lot better. I don't know if you used the dodge/burn tool for the shading and highlights, but I would recommend using different tints, tones and shade colours for that, as using darker and lighter versions of the base colour can make the picture look sort of dull and flat. Try picking out some different hues.
But anyway, I love the detail you put into this creature. It must have taken days to get it done right, with all the complex folds and stuff, especially in the knees. And did you reference any pictures of animals, or did you make a model of this creature in one of those 3D modelling programs? That can be helpful too, as it can make you better able to draw something using the correct perspective. I'm really not sure about the right front and hind legs, as they seem a tad long, but other than those things I listed, this is a very nice picture!
