SOOOooi may or may not have made this cause i am a huge nerd and i love being one?!
so here are some of my charactersona's forms
T-rex form
I like dinos what more is there to say?
its a bit of a nod to land before time
and darbi (which is alot less kid friendly)
walking with dinosaurs
and other dino related media
Gorilla form
i love animals with gorilla being one of my top faves
mostly a nod to king kong (mostly the 2005 one cause that one is one of the best)

Mostly a nod to the rock nephilim from the noah movie
volcano from war of the monsters
and crusher from skylanders giants
and the thing from fantastic four
Dragon form
okay
i love how to train your dragon
so i had to make this one
HTTYD duh

SPYRO (not skylanders spyro) good sypro
oh and predaking from transformers prime
cause i love that show
and child hood nostaglia
now these next forms are just copying species form a lil franchise

I'm wondering how does a Dragon put on a Hoodie
I picture most winged creatures just being shirtless as can you imagine how frustrating it'd be putting on a top with bigass wings
And how does a T rex put on a Hoodie? XD
My mom hates that Noah movie XD

The hoddie adjusts to the forms for maximum comfort and can change into different clothes

Not bad; I take it the sweatshirt is a sort of constant that helps distinguish you from actual members of the species you've taken on (like how Ben's aliens always have green, pupil-less eyes or an Omnitrix costume to differentiate them from other members of their species). If I might make a suggestion, I would try making more varied forms, as those that aren't Ben 10 aliens tend to all fall into the "physically superior" category with enhanced strength and durability; maybe try making some smaller forms?
The best example I can come up with is Beast Boy. If you watch any of his fights in the OG Teen Titans (because Toddler Titans apparently forgot the most important of making a superhero show is to have them actually fight and use their powers in contrast to selfish and often morally questionable reasons), you'll see that he constantly shifts between various forms and never really truly uses one specific animal over the other. He'll often start out a fight with a bruiser animal like a gorilla or rhino before shifting into something smaller and more agile, such as a hummingbird or a cheetah, and then ending it with a heavy weight, like an elephant or a dinosaur. Other times, he'll start the fight with the heavy weight and then turn into something smaller if he needs to move fast or avoid getting hit; sure, he could probably take a few hits, but he wants to save those for when it really counts, such as when he's up close and personal with an opponent (as virtually none of the animals he can turn into have any range to speak of; all the other Titans have ranged attacks of some kind, but Beast Boy has only melee attacks to rely on).

Supersketch1220 took on a challenge where he drew himself as members of the alien species from the Omnitrix - emphasis on members of, as the whole point of the challenge is not to draw yourself as the most genetically optimal member of the species, as the Omnitrix does whenever Ben transforms, but to draw yourself as a member of that species with all your physical 'flaws' and 'defects' and what not; basically, if you were born a Tetramand or a Galilean and grew up on your home world, what would you look like? He sadly only managed to get about 13 out of some roughly 60 aliens before he seemingly stopped, though. I've been meaning to do the challenge myself, but I haven't found the time or the original challenge post. From what I've gathered though, the only rule is that you have to draw yourself as a member of every known Omnitrix alien species with their cultural attire (for example, if you drew yourself as a Vaxasaurian, you wouldn't draw yourself with a hoodie, but with a loincloth and bones, since that's what the species has been confirmed to commonly dress in; if such a thing has not been discussed or revealed, then you can dress your alien self however you like). The challenge originally only covered all the aliens up to Omniverse, but if you like the Reboot enough, I guess you could include those aliens, too (the new ones, that is).

although one of them is gonna be a snake humanoid/naga form so I'm excited for that
the sweater and sweat pants are a constant thing although not for all the forms
like the golem from doesnt have those
and the ultimate wildmutt form only has pants
the sweater got ripped up
(i think monstra might like that form)
and if you noticed i put my own lil spin on ultimate wildmutt
1. he is a lot bigger !(notice how the vaxasaurian form has its plates and thagomizer out, that happens when it get bigger)
2. the spikes and quills are mixed
3. the tail spike is more like a claw sicle
what form do you like the most?
yeah he is definitely more of a melee fighter with the only most effective ranged attacks being the venom from a spitting cobra

I'd try and make a small form from each of the major animal groups (that is, the ones that the average person will remember and not animal nuts like you and mean, those being mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and arthropods; most people don't remember the other groups like mollusks and echinoderms) for balance purposes before making more dramatically powerful forms.
What species of snake are you going to model your naga form after? My naga obviously is modeled after the king cobra, being of Indian heritage, and an illustration project where I turned myself into a naga was modeled after the timber rattlesnake due to me living in northern North America (and yes, I am every bit as irritable as said rattlesnake in the morning).
Out of all the forms, I like the dumbo octopus the best (so cute!), but out of the new ones, I have to go for the Tyrannosaurus Rex. The feet may be a bit disproportionate, even for an animal with such drastically different forelimbs, but it's very well drawn. I would perhaps give your Eatle and Necrofriggians a second crack as the former is a bit odd looking (did you try to mesh his two versions together?) and I can barely see the latter in the picture (I actually had to go back and squint to see it after I read the description).
I also noticed a brief/scrapped sketch of XLR8 and what I can only assume to be Armodrillo's head; potential upcoming forms?

arthropods(well i do have a half spider form but maybe a goliath bird eater or maybe a rhinobettle)
reptile (saltwater crocs mostly because 1. i love them and theyre awesome 2. those things only die of either disease or humans
if they have enough food theyll keep on growing)
mollusks( collosal squid for sure)
the naga form even though i to live in north america
im gonna base it more off the serpentine from ninjago ( yes that show about lego ninjas from cartoon network)
cobras
pythons
anacondas
vipers
and having a few tricks up my selves
example hidden stinger where rattle is
i occasionally strike without warning so that rattle wouldnt be of much use
and maybe mix some titanaboa in there just for funnzies
and i am as irratable as king cobra
with the deepest hiss in the world
i like the dumbopus form to
and so does inky and oceane
(seriously they took turns cuddling me and everything )XD
the trex form is also one of my faves
cause A i like dinos
and B i love the webcomic darbi its so cool you should give it a read
its not exactly for kids
ie lots of blood, cursing and mature themes

I actually meant a small form representing the major animal groups, but that works, too.
What I do whenever I need to draw the original Omnitrix aliens (instead of coming up with my own) is reference the official artwork and make a complete drawing of the alien. Once that's done, I go back and edit the details as needing, such as adding more feminine features or changing some of the physical features to make significantly different.
As for your other question, like I said, I'd like to see some smaller forms. Not all of them have to be cute and adorable, but it's nice to see some more utility in an otherwise physically power-dominated arsenal. I would personally suggest an adorable, little pufferfish with a cute derp face and a precious little spider (not unlike Lucas. I'm going to assume you know the Lucas I am referring to).

i am some what of a gentle giant

my spider form is more a kin to a tarantula mixed with your sterotypical pointy legged spider
but theyre is a cute spider form as well
