This picture is so beautiful. I love how the colors of nature really worked in your favor for this picture. The blue-green water compliments the orangey brown dirt. It's also interesting how many different textures are seen in this photo and yet it looks so simple and elegant. At first, it's hard to tell that it's a picture of dog (I thought it was a closeup of a reptile) but once I enlarged the image it became very clear. Overall, this was a great shot, very well done!!

yep, a friend does some work at a few closed mines and we go hiking up there every now and then.
I went back to them the last couple of weekends and I have a number of new pictures I'll be putting up soon.
