SMG4, I SAID YOU KNEW HOW TO SUBVERT EXPECTATIONS, BUT THIS IS NOT WHAT I MEANT!I really don't know what to think of Meggy becoming human. I do believe it's unnecessary, however. She could've just stayed as an Inkling, really. SMG4 might change her back if enough of the fanbase hates her being human. Meggy becoming human won't happen in TE, on the other hand, as if I allowed that to happen, then Mark'd have to be human too to balance things out. And Mark will never become human permanently under my watch.
If this is because her ink was drained, then it's 100% not happening in TE, because it's well established in TE that Inklings die when all of their ink is drained. Plus, Meggy retaining her normal Inkling voice instead of having something more human-sounding is very questionable.

i've been watching smg4's videos since the debut video of meggy and way before that in fact, so i might find it hard to accept the fact that meggy is a human now asdfghjkl
