I almost died when they made a Cowboy Bebop reference to Spike's refrigerator on that one planet in Space Dandy. I had very low expectations for Space Dandy when it came out, but it's extraordinarily well done.

Except Spike is more cunning and Dandy is more humorous.

They should really do a cross-over episode.
I'm sure Dandy and his space crew could stumble upon something that could make them go back in time on accident. Then they end up running into the Bebop.
