When I first watched Toy Story 3, I had not noticed that a large majority of the toys Andy had disappeared, but when I watched the second time I realized that more than half of the toys had been sold or donated to other kids and only the protagonists had still stayed with Andy.Not just Bo Peep, but the vast majority of toys (as Wheezy, Etch, Rocky, RC, Lenny, etc.) had also disappeared and some have lucky not to be there, because they could have stopped that day care ruled by dictatorial pink bear (which still remains one of my favorite villains in Toy Story franchise).
Just as I didn't forget about Bo Peep, I did this tribute to the other toys that unfortunately didn't stay with Woody until the end. Will there ever be a spinoff explaining what happened to these other toys? Only time will tell!

Well RC did appear in the opening flashback of the fourth film

The reason that Wheezy and Lenny disappeared is because of the death of their VA: Joe Raft, who died from a car accident back in 2006.

I know that! But they could at least have replaced Lenny and Wheezy's voice just as they had with the Slinky Dog's voice.
