From my absolute fave KND episode, Op. D.I.A.P.E.R.Numbah 1 had finally convinced Numbah 5 to tell them where babies come from. Obviously this is a kids show, so they didn't actually have a recording of her telling them. But they DID have their reactions in the credits, along with my all time fave KND quote:
"Wait a second! That's proposterous! Babies don't come from New Jersey! They come from Philadelphia." - Numbah 1
From left to right, w/ their reaction descriptions:
- Numbah 1: Originally dumbfounded, then comes in with the ingenious quote from above right before the credits end
- Numbah 2: Dumbfounded, then later falls off his chair in disgust
- Numbah 3: Kinda hard to show in just one pic; she was running around in circles screaming "EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW!!!"
- Numbah 4 - The best reaction of them all, I swear
Numbah 5's not here 'cuz she already knows, and is the one who told them.

To be honest, I didn't think OP: INTERVIEWS ended KND well at all, it all seemed like a very slapdash conclusion.
Frankly, I went so far as to personally consider that whole episode completely non-canon, so far I've been happier for it.

i know, they ended it alright, but it's such a cliffhanger. like whatever happened to numbuh 1 in the GKND? and why'd numbuh 362 choose numbuh 5 as supreme leader? sigh, so many questions so short a show

yes many misterys unanswered it allows the viewers to think what happened, at least they diddnt end it like some shows were the screen gos black and you never know who dies or lives
also operation interviews was actually the kick of tons of KND fanfictions.
so many ways to answer so many new stories.

yeah, I'm actually glad in a way it's left open, because I'm trying to write a new fan fic that wouldn't have worked if they went into detail of what happened after numbuh 1 left for the gknd

Personally, I didn't like the conclusion one bit, I thought it was a completely slapdash means to wrap-up what was a perfectly constructed and well-writen plot. I decided to personally decalre it non-canon, along with afew other episodes.
I thought that with afew retcons, that I could make an even better conclusion, I already did some KND fanfics at Fanfiction.net where I already portrayed the KND Splinter Cell being the dark, villianous group it was orignally thought to be, but it's currently still seeped in mystery for the current times being.
And since I personally declared Operation: Interviews non-canon in my fandom, you can bet Numbuh 1 remains living on earth for the duration of the timeline.
