This was so much fun to work on. Mandy did an Adventure Time based stream this last week, and the sketch she did of this was the request I put in. It turned out so totes fab that I just had to take it to finished.
The line art was easy enough, though I made a few minor changes and corrected some shaping in the quick sketch, and coloring Finn and Jake was a breeze, but Lady....oh Glob, Lady! I think I broke my brain trying to figure out how to properly bend her rainbow stripes around that drawing. Eventually I used my vector line tools to trace out each striped from head to end so that I could see where each of the colors should be.
But I'm glad I got it done, it turned out so wonderful!

And may these three remind you of what it means to have true friends.
If you have never checked out Adventure Time, I would highly recommend it. The characters are memorable and amazing, and leave you with a warm feeling. The humor is the silly randomness you expect from just hanging out with your goofy, dorky, close buds. I think it could easily become one of my all time favorites.
