Based off the Hot Wheels Da'kar racer for the... well, Dakar race. I kept to the lines for the most part, but some just didn't work when you try to scale them. So, some parts are slightly modified to make more sense of things. Additionally, I noticed something important on the Da'kar that some might not pick up. There are no forwards facing lights! If there are, then they are poorly defined on the models. So what I did was add a rack on each of the front wheel flares with mounted lights, integrated lights into the mirrors, and added a top rack with four spot lights. The suspension was a bit difficult to make, since this is my first time doing them, but I think they came out well.
One of the Desert Strikers, this truck uses the Forced Air Brake system in addition to specialized tires. The truck itself was already designed for such types of racing.
