I printed and framed a large (24 in. x 36 in.) version of this for Lauren Faust, honoring her visit to BABSCON 2016. Unfortunately, I did everything last-minute and was not able to present this to her in person or deliver a short speech I had planned during her panel. So, I shall post it here and let it reside on the internet.

To Lauren Faust,

Thank you for sharing your creativity and talent with us. Your artistic skill and knack for creating memorable characters and stories have reached a point where you are making a significant, positive difference in the world. I know I can speak for many others when I say, "Because of you, my life has improved." Your work helped me discover new friends and creative abilities which I never knew were available to me.

So, thank you for providing a medium for us to enjoy and appreciate values we can relate with. Through My Little Pony, you gave people space to embrace cuteness, celebrate kindness, and act generously. Because of you, this fandom -- this community -- was born, and that has been a priceless gift to me and so many others.

To show you my appreciation, I offer you this print of your character, "Fausticorn"

For those unaware, Lauren Faust, a.k.a. fyre-flye is a professional animator and creator of many cartoons, such as Powerpuff Girls, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, and of course, the recent generation of My Little Pony.

PS - I am aware the cutie mark is missing. I understand it's a significant identifying feature of the character, and though I think its both a great design and very fitting, I omitted for with the concern it would distract viewers who were unfamiliar with MLP or "Fausticorn." I would be interested in feedback regarding this topic; whether you agree or disagree with my choice.
