Here's an 8-bit sprite of Garbage Man, the only Robot Master unique to Captain NBesides making him a tad smaller, I also made his eyes look a tiny bit more Mega Man styled, and altered a bit of the colouring around his waist
He's the trash man. He eats garbage
And other stuff, too. He frequently disobeys Dr. Light's commands and tries to consume everything.

Did you also make a sprite of Captain N Mega Man? Or is he too similar to Quint and Rockman Shadow for that to matter?

For this project I'm doing, I only did all 1 of the truly unique Captain N Robot Masters

All I can say is that there was a reason he was scrapped.
I think if Mega Man beat him, he would get the "Dust Consumer" power up, or something like that.
