Looks like the robo-love-child of a t-rex and a hammeerhead shark. I love it! The body really looks like it has weight to it.

Some of my nightmares are taking inspiration from art like this.
...not the dream ones. Look in my gallery.
Anyway, how about giving this guy an impossibly large gun. I posted an idea in the 'sand' concept cameo for that collab. Would look freaky if twelge of these popped out of a sand dune to lay hurt on some unfortunate passerby...

I wonder if you ever do rear angles? It'd bet it's just as interesting and as essential to know what it looks like from behind a mech.

Our mech designs are looking more and more similar (fluid lines, gracefull curves) to each other. The overall upper body hull of this mech actually is the most interesting piece.
The solid curves and shapes are what really attract me to this piece. To achieve those lines, do you use a ink pen over mechanical pencil lines?

guess weβre rubbing off on eachother
nope, just the pencil. also, I try not to use an eraser.

Yeah, I was thinking as such. The only pen that I've used that gets lines similar to those (variable width) are bic pens.
The previous mech I did using pencils turned out decent...I think I might get back to using mechanical pencils.
You say you don't use the eraser much...how do you create the overall shapes?

I see them in my head and then I just draw them, with a single line. sometimes I do a test sketch on another paper to se if the overall shape works.

Thats awesome! Does the head of the machine house a radar or sensory equipment? Because it does look like it would have that apperance if it did.

Not sure why I like this design but I do...
OH YEAH! reminds me of some preliminary work for the "buggers" from HALO2 and those were pretty cool
No I'm NOT trying to say anything with that, just tryin to figure out why I like this design so much
