I assume you're talking about size (if you're not, ignore the rest). Capcom's official measurements:
Morrigan 86cm (34"), 56cm (22"), 83cm (33")
Chun 88cm (34"), 58cm (22"), 90cm (35")
Chun is very curvy, she just doesn't flaunt her chest like the majority of game girls. And in any case, I think it's Morrigan's angle in the artwork that makes her look less endowed.
