This scene is non-canon and this scene is a happy ending, everyone were celebrating because the fallout, had gone & it was all thanks to Geo (Me) & Lola (My Best Wife) and Sir Topham Hatt was rewarding the heroes of Sodor for their (Our) heroic actions and everyone cheered.

STH: Ladies, Gentlemen & Engines! I am honoured to inform you that the fallout is over and now everything is back to normal, Thanks to Geo, Lola, Edward, Henry & Thomas, I am every proud of them as I am with all of you! As a reward you shall all deserve an overhaul and a new coat of paint, well done all of you!

STH: But you Geo & Lola deserve not only an overhaul and a new coat of paint, but since I've heard of your old railway ended up being bankrupt I have decided to bring the rest of your team to come to Sodor.
