Description

Probably the closest thing to a "feral" Clepathian, Taliia is a female Clepathian who was shipwrecked an uninhabited planet when she was a small child. Her caretakers died in the crash, but given the instinctual independence of Clepathians, she was able to survive and even thrive well into adulthood.

Having grown up in the jungle, her build is very strong and sturdy, but also very agile and capable of a degree of balance and grace modern Clepathians are typically incapable of. Of course, having no contact with any civilization for much of her life, she has no concept of written or spoken language, only communicating in emotional gestures, grunts, and expressions. She has no concept of social etiquette or decency, only wearing the clothing she has for the sake of protecting sensitive areas and ease of movement when away from her treetop shelter. Her spearhead and small protective chestplate is fashioned from the ship's hull she crashed on the world in. Otherwise, she never visits the crash site, having many superstitions about it, as well as superstitions about her own feelings and oldest memories she doesn't understand.

There aren't any stories involving her yet, but there may be in the future. Even though Clepathians are typically depicted as part of an orderly, regal, and faithful futuristic society, I've always liked entertaining the idea of how they'd be without civilization: reduce someone to nothing but their flesh and blood, not a thing to their name, not a word in their minds, and what is left? The purest form of them, untainted by history.
