OK. i found one of my old drawings of a Bleach OC that i created waaay back in 2011 (i think) and did a quick color study for it.it was never posted here because i never got the chance to color it and finish the concept info back then lol (in short, i forgot)
BUT here are some unofficial info in case you're wondering:
- She's supposed to be a female Kenpachi of some sort..
- The lantern and scythe thing is made of the hardest Hollow bone and it traps the souls inside the lantern.
- She feeds on these souls, her right eye is somewhat connected to the lantern.
- She rarely uses her zanpakuto (short sword in her back) and no one knows its abilities.
- Physically strong af.
- Normally calm, eerie personality but gets wild when she's high on souls.
- Scars in her arm represents the ones who tried but failed to dethrone her as Kenpachi.
she is supposed to be one of the three OCs in this (fav.me/d33vg2y ) old fanfic that never came to life lol
ah.. those were the golden days of Bleach..

That is very interesting, because I have seen a character in a game who has a similar idea for a weapon but it mainly the soul lantern but a hook instead and a chain connects them. although they are more covered in chains and a skeleton.

thanks! and yes, actually someone pointed out in discord that the weapon resembles Thresh from League of Legends which i was totally not aware of when i drew this back then. also,they said that Thresh was introduced in 2013 which means i was ahead of them so im suing Riot LOL JK don't mind me lmao

Simply amazing, I still remember when I first discovered your art when I was younger and going through all your bleach OC's. They all looked and felt like they'd fit in great with the verse.
