Description Decided to use my macro for proper 1:1 for a change, I found this plant at a small park area at Univeristy Hill, Victoria, Australia. I'm really happy with the results, although not quite the bokeh effect i was after I think this came out quite well.

Check that depth of field, son! D: The transition between blur and focus here does my head in, lol.

Lol, thats what happens when you shoot 1:1 macro at f/2.8. Macro lens for the win!

Haha, indeed. Man, I haven't photog'd in so long. We need to do something about that; either a travel day or a studio day. Or something. Actually, with the flashes I have, converting the garage into a studio for a day could be cool.. Sometime in mid-October?

Baha, listen to my overtired ramble.

Hmm, sounds like a plan. I'm actually considering buying some new flashes, though where I would store a large elinchrom monolight is somewhat of an issue

Good man. But with the storage issue, a SUPER COOL but rather bland, SECRETLY HIDDEN but in plain sight, FANTASTICALLY AWESOME...Ohgod, I'm going nowhere with this.

Just throw it under the rug.
