Description
Here ya' go! I swear, this was the most fun 4-1/2 hours I've spent on a single Halloween. The time just flew by. Lots of finessing, but man, was it worth it! I only hope we get more trick-or-treaters by our house to see it... Bonus treat if they can guess the character!Happy Halloween, everybody!

Pure, undiluted awesome sauce. I would love to have seen this in action.

It was on the porch for a glorious 5 hours. But I'll probably do another one next year, and I'll be sure to start it earlier in the day!
Thanks, Cris!

Hehe, at least it stood proud for the time it did. I wonder if anyone saw it...?

Yeah, a few more ToT's came around. One even said how impressed she was with the carving -- "so much detail!" Or so I'm told. I only answered the door once all evening.
I wonder what I should carve next year...?

A more challenging one would be Misery, no doubt.

And I to my old medium-sharp kitchen knifes and some drill bits...
