well, I haven't made one,
although since he is based in the 1800's one may assume time travel was involved in the discovery of him, from an ancestor of crazy dave who designed it to combat the zombie invasion.
The steamed pea Is the most effective of peashooters, He has a high resilience to chomps, Cannot be pushed (immense weight) shoots scorching hot tea, (3x damage of normal) and leaves a nasty afterburn. But he costs 600 sun and takes a record for slowest recharge.
Maybe I could design a better one but for now this might be how it stays Β
