I started to feel a bit guilty for not drawing anything since I got my Pokémon Diamond game, so decided to do some little fanart.Seriously, Banette is one of the coolest, cutest and creepiest pokémons I've ever seen, it's one of my favorites. In case you don't know Banette, it's pokédex says that once it was a plush doll that was thrown away, so a cursed energy permeated the stuffing of the doll and strong feelings of hatred gave life to Banette, now they wander the garbage dumps in search for the children that threw them away, and it never opens it's mouth cuz it's cursed energy could scape. In other words... Banette is a little, creepy, but cute and huggable plushie stuffed with EEEVIIIL!!
buahahaha... *cough* too bad it sucks for battle, cuz I would train one.Enjoy ...I may add a background later... one day. XD;

whoa hang on, I train 2 Banettes and they hardly lose a battle Im sure if you train your banette hard he/she could be just as unbeatable. nice picture too by the way.

...For one thing, Banette has the twelfth highest physical attack in the game. At least it did before 5th gen came out. I dont know the base stats of all the 5th gen pokemon, so I don't know its ranking now. anyways, take advantage of this. Physical attacks are your friend. No special attacks. Special attacks are bad. Also, make sure no two moves are the same type, that gets repetitive and makes it harder to overcome your weaknesses. And important thing to do is do anything you can to train the speed stat. Make sure your Banette has a high speed, because it is a glass cannon. It has low defense and HP stats, and there is a good chance you will lose if you cannot strike first. Also, the fact that I took the time to get mine to level 100 kind of helps. ...Actually now that I think about it, that's the only Pokemon I've ever trained all the way to level 100.

Jeje gracias, si no es muy fuerte pero descubri que puede ser muy util para hechar a perder los pokemons del oponente, asi que ya estuve entrenando uno (de no ser porque ahora llevo un buen si jugar pokemon... me esperare al remake del Pokemon Gold y Silver... de los que estoy casi seguro que van a salir)

Love Banette. You have enviable colouring pencil skills, it gives banette a 'discarded' look. Especially love how the back of its head turns all twisty and stuff

I have 2 banettes (Male and Female, but NOT boyfriend&girlfriend, more like mother and son.) Levels 95(Female) and 37(Male, still working on him but there's no denying he's my female banette's child. he's a force to be recon with) they both tear up the battlefield and almost win every battle.

Banette was always one of the best Ghost-Types out there. I still find it scary to be a haunted doll though. <_< Excellent drawing, although I wonder why I never noticed that yellow bush behind his tail. o.O
