First screenshot running iOS5 on my iPhone4.Running the tethered jailbreak for the time being,and to be honest so far its not been an issue, I have been running it for a couple of weeks now and no issues.
Am using a mix of icons from a few themes including Lucerna, Mojo 2, Astra and Classica 3 - maybe some others.

Careful with this, if you use Installous then it causes AppSync not to work when re-booted. and you need to use redsnow to boot back into tethered mode.
I know this was a mobile-substrate issue, which Saurik was working on, not sure if its been updated yet as the semi-tether is not something ive installed myself.

I already know that, I wish that Saurik Fix the bugs on MobileSubstrate so fast ,and update a new version of Winterboard , its Outdated.

WinterBoard was update quite recently in order to work with iOS5. I wouldn't say it's that outdated.
