This is inspired by the scene where Mei attacked Tyler in Turning Red.
Gordon said pretty nasty things about Thomas, which caused him to get annoyed. But right when Gordon says something truly insulting, Thomas gets the most pissed he's ever been in his life! And rams Gordon off the rails and starts angrily cussing at him, which caused him to get scared as he’d never seen Thomas so angry.

Update: I went back and made this canon to my story now.
