Well, I think at this case it's only Thor with the problem. Steve/Captain America obviously rode a motorcycle, so he should have knowledge on vehicles and phones, well phones existed around Captain's time, so depending on the phone he should be fine. If it's like a Iphone...he's going to burn an entire forest.
