Twice.
I really like the light and shaping on Ozzy's body. And the background really works - it's simple but it gives just the right vibe.
If I might offer concrit, I'd say that Thrax's head/shoulders are a bit out of proportion - a little large compared to the rest of the pic - but it's not enough to totally throw it off, and the pic is awesome nonetheless.

Yeeeeah. Me thinks his lower half is toooooo small. I may go back and fix it up again. I was having a temper tantrum because of the size difference between the two characters. I was convinced I had made Thrax TOO big... Dx
