I'm trying to beat this guy in KH2. He is hard as f**k. Nine life bars, multiple attacks that take out all mine in less than five seconds...
So far I managed to get him down to half of the last health bar before dying.
He is the one opponent I can't beat straight away.

Lol ikr? What level were you? I'm lv. 65 and I STILL can't beat him especially that one attack that drains all your HP & MP... SO FLIPPING ANNOYING!

Let me thing...I think my level is/was somewhere in 70s to 80s and there is a way to save yourself from that attack which drams your HP/MP.
First, equip Second Chance. It means you'll always survive it with at least one HP, meaning you can use a potion to heal. There's also an ability you can use which removes the finisher from your combo, meaning you can just spam the attack button and wail on him. As soon as you start hitting, he has no recovery until your MP gauge recharges and brings back your finisher.
I'd also recommend Combo Breaker; it open his guard and stuns him for a moment.

I actually have all those abilities. Even with the infinite combo, though, Sephy will eventually just teleport out of it. And as for that ONE attack, about the only way to prevent it is to hit him before he targets you

I always just used Second Chance to tank Sin Harvest, then the follow-up reaction command stopped his attack.
