Trunks and Vegeta from "Dragon Ball".Junichi Jaguar from "Pyu to fuku! Jaguar".
I'm not sure "Jaguar" has been animated in foreign countries.
(I mean outside of Japan)
"Jaguar" was a famous gag comic by Kyosuke Usuta and it had been published serially in Syonen Jump for 10 years untill this summer.

I think Jaguar's hair style a bit looks like Vegeta (and Tarble)
Of course the thoroughbred Saiyans should have black hairs...
