Halvar Khairo - Colonel of Piscum's army
A soldier of honor and beneficence. He's a great fighter, and he's not afraid to go into storm and coldness.
Halvar is a character from Echo. He won't appear until a very long time, but I did him thanks for a contest on . he was pretty nice to do, mostly because I don't draw such haircut. I really like him, and I know he may be an important character in the future (not a major one, though).

He has really an interesting designe and is a character you would like to know more about if you read about him. I like the coloring and the clothes, there look really great and he has a Special Charisma. Nicely done
