A fanart of Marin.I like Marin, but she doesn't really show what she cans do, that's really unfortunate. There isn't enough strong women in Saint Seiya... But go go Marin
That's the first time I try to colour like this, how is it ?

C'est vrai qu'elle est vraiment sous exploitée dans Saint seiya... comme toutes les femmes de cette série... T_T (abandonné G et pas lu Lost Canvas, donc j'espère que je me trompe depuis lors
J'aime bien cette methode de colo en tout cas^^ l'ombrage bleu, la lumière bleue du cosmos, ça pète!

Il y a certaines femmes dans Lost Canvas qui sont très fortes et tout ça, mais elles sont en minorité. En même temps, faire dessiner à une femme un shonen où les femmes sont sous-exploités, fallait pas s'attendre à autre chose

It´s a pity women in the Saint Seiya series don´t get to kick ass(hell, imagine Shaina using the Seventh Sense!). At least Marin was somewhat redeemed in the manga, since in the anime...sigh...

I'm sure Shaina should be more powerful, I've always thought she was a great warrior, but the manga doesn't show it at all.
Yup.... At least, Lost Canvas shows some strong women, but not Marin ou Shaina of course, and I'm more interested in those two than the other ladies

Man, I rememeber Behemoth Violate and thinking "Man, this chick is so hardcore, she´ll pull a Shiryu and kick asses in the buff, since Cloths are for wimps". Not to say I bash on Leo fricking Regulus, who is the only reason I liked LC, apart from Manigoldo and Youma Mephistopheles, but, hell, we deserved more female Saints kicking ass. Poor Yuzuriha, she was cool and all, but Sasha trolled everyone by depowering them(wtf, Teshirogi?).
It was amusing to see Pandora all Alone-obsessed and picking a bitchfight with Sasha over Alone, but, good grief,Yuzuriha deserved something better,and Sasha needed to stp grating on my nerves( at least in the Gaidens she is more likeable, what with being just a little sweet girl and all that)
The less we speak about Alone, the better for my blood pressure it will be.
Funny thing is, since the Bronze crew progressively grew stronger starting the Twelve Temple Arc, why the hell didin´t Mu or Aioria sat down with Shaina and Marin and told them about the Seventh Sense...I would have loved to see them kick ass along side the Fab Five, since they were skilled and experienced enough to be training saints and all that.

Yup, I liked Yuzuriha too. But she didn't do a lot of things... In most of anime, women don't do a lot of things, but they aren't all fighter at the beginning. But Saints are fighters...
You surely don't like Alone, eh ?
Maybe they know seventh sense, but they never use it. That's why they are useless.

Yeah, it is rare to find mainstream manga where women do anything of significance(thank you Integra, Balalaika, Hawkeye, Izumi, Roberta for being glorious exceptions).
To say that I dislike him would be putting it nicely. I felt Mephistopheles was a much better villain( even Rhadamanthys was a much better villain, even if he got too overpowered)Yeah, I also got the feeling he was created to fill the "pretty boy" quota (and the Ho yay with Tenma, must not forget the yaoi fangirl audience).
It was an opportunity thrown aside to waste. Pity we never got to see them go Gold Mode.Although I liked when Marin tossed Jaki(that crazy bigassdude she fought against while Aioria was kicking Seiya´s ass) off that cliff.
Also, women kicking ass and taking names in a shonen? Gasp! Blasphemy!

It would be nice if mangakas did something new in the genre( Claymore is another good manga full of kickass women, fully recomended!)
A Damian like character(from The Omen) would be amazing to see...something that makes the fangirls run away.

un truc discret, un simple trait genre coup de peinture.
en fait le truc qui me choc c'est que c'est limite trop détaillé, par rapport aux ailes et aux plumes qui sont plus suggéré.
(le fait aussi qu'on vois aussi bien le blanc des yeux sur un fond aussi foncé joue aussi un peu)

Ah, je l'ai pas encore vu avec cette armure (oui, je me suis mise à Saint Seiya).
La colo est super, ça fait très doux (par sûr que ce qu'elle prépare soit aussi sympa que la colo par contre)

J'aime beaucoup. Les couleurs sont vraiment jolies et n'agressent pas. Juste dommage que l'aigle fait plus corbeau qu'aigle mais bon. ^^'

J'ai bien pris une référence d'ailleurs pour l'aigle, faut croire que je ne suis vraiment pas douée pour les aigles adultes (parce que oui, les petits ça ne me pose pas de problèmes).
