One contest entry at a time. XD
This is my entry for 's contest, drawing the boys in modern clothes. I think it turned out pretty good.

For Yusuke, I went with a kind of street gangster style since it fits his personality pretty well (yes, his baggier pants are green. 'Cause he wears green. A lot. And he believes he looks better in green anyways. XD He even has a studded diamond earring! Kinda small though...) The "Homework Sucks!" thing on his shirt is dedicated to my lil' bro, because he hates his math homework with a passion. XD I think he's heckling Hiei... not good.

Hiei.... is ready to incinerate me. He is that pissed. I went with a sort of punk/goth look because... I couldn't picture him in anything else And I couldn't picture him enjoying this at all (either it's because it's for a contest or just the fact he's wearing human clothes) so I drew him with a pissed off expression, with his aura out, ready to jump out and throttle me. Hopefully someone will calm him down (he's also wearing Yukina's tear gem as an earring. I thought it looked nice/cool *is shot*).

Kurama is a college student! Just wearing comfortable clothes to relax in ('cause college is no picnic!) and trying to calm Hiei down as best he can. I gave him the UConn (University of Connecticut) logo 1. to show he's in college duds, 2. it was easier for me to draw, and 3. I see it almost all the time (Yeah, I go to UConn XD) so I know what it looks thanks to the buses flashing it with their "Go Huskies!" thing. Convineance over all I guess. I always think it looks like a funky cent sign.

And last but not least- Kuwabara! He's all ready to go play basketball with his buddies Ohkubo, Sawamura, and Kirishima (Miyamoto in the anime. I don't know how that name is spelt. But you get what I mean). And he's just having a ball with this. He's wearing one of those chokers with the shell/s in the middle. I had California and beaches on my mind when I drew that (it's too cold up here in the Northeast).
