It looks like Len Append to me XD Act 2 looks like Act 1 (the one wearing sailor uniform) since it's just a minor upgrade.

Apologies for being nitpicky, but VOCALOID isn't a game. It's a voice synthesizer. You type in lyrics and set a melody, and you can get [Len/Rin/Miku/Luka/whoever] to sing. Not to be confused with autotune, which pitch-corrects vocals. (And also, this is Len's append, not ACT2.)

There are also games of Vocaloid on PSP. ^^ I referred it to them, cuz I don't have any experience with the Synthesizers. And Act 2 is simply a fact that I picked randomly from Wiki as a title for the Wallpaper
