Numbuh 362 was not Decommissioned after her 13th birthday, but instead, she joined the newly established Teen Hunters, a special KND unit formed for the sole purpose of capturing the rogue Sector V's members. For three years she hunted her old friends down but never succeeded, unaware that all of her actions had been manipulated by the Splinter Cell. After Sector V escaped from the Arctic Prison, Numbuh 362 sought to reconcile with them, and after leaving the Hunters unceremoniously, she joined the TND as Numbuh Epsilon, holding the rank of Vice-Commander. A year later, she now serves as TND Cleve Sector's Commander, watching over the amnesiac Sector V and Numbuh 86.

With Sector V complete, I decided to keep going, so here's Rachel. I only recently learned that she has brown eyes, which caused a lot of trouble for me while making this, so I apologise if the eyes are a bit wonky.
