"For years, the Teens Next Door had tried to learn who exactly the Splinter Cell were. The only certain fact about them was that they desire to wipe the Earth clean of everyone over the age of 13. Even with our extensive intelligence network, we were never able to find out who they were, until it was too late. The Splinter Cell struck without warning and took control of the KND with their mind-control chips, that they had secretly implanted into the necks of countless operatives. This allowed them to assume full control of the KND without any resistance and depose current Supreme Leader Numbuh 78."

Caleb Centenar

"The manstermind behind the coup, the former leader of the Decommissioning Squad, Numbuh 1000 fooled everyone with his acting and now, he has shown his true colors. He has claimed the title of KND Supreme Leader and declared war on all adults, putting the KND into direct conflict with Father and Teen Ninjas. His fanatic desire to wipe out all teenagers and adults stems from the fact he is former Supreme Leader Numbuh 100's and by extension, The Steve's younger brother, who he despises deeply. Equipped with his personal weapon, the P.O.W.U.H.- G.L.O.V.E., Numbuh 1000 is merciless and has no qualms about even erasing the memories of his enemies if he has to."

Global Tactical Officer, Numbuh 105

Harry Lemar

"A late addition to the Splinter Cell's ranks, Numbuh 105 was only convinced to join them after the events of Operation: Father's Day, during which his younger sister was tortured by Father and Numbuh 1. This drove Numbuh 105 to commit to their cause and he personally oversaw the deposing of Numbuh 78. Now, as the Global Tactical Officer, Numbuh 105 leads the Splinter Cell-controlled KND's war against Father from the Moobase. However, he could be considered a moderate member, since he tends to clash with some of the more radical members over strategy."

Leader of Sector V2, Numbuh 090

Kurt Schöne

"Having served under Numbuh 1000 for years in the Decommissioning Squad, Numbuh 090 is a fanatic supporter of the Splinter Cell leader with a deep hatred for teenagers specifically. Having gone through constant bullying, Numbuh 090 enjoys seeing teenagers suffer and to that end, he likes to personally torture prisoners. Numbuh 090 also has the chipped Teen Hunters under his command, which include Numbuh 86 and he treats them as his personal bodyguards and slaves. His already inflated ego is further boosted by having the formidably C.L.A.M.M.A.H.-Cannon Array at his fingertips. A little know fact about Numbuh 090 is that he is a great admirer of Numbuh 274, despite having never met the operative in person."

Global Security Commander, Numbuh 406

Takeo Diaz

"The former warden of the Antarctic Prison, Numbuh 406 was left in disgrace following Sector V's escape right before his eyes and thus, he did not participate in the coup. This made Numbuh 406 bitter and after constant begging, he was promoted and granted the new title of Global Security Commander, giving him control of the Moonbase's defense, the KND Space Fleet and the Orbital Weapon Command. Despite his intimidating appearance, Numbuh 406 is a coward who has never fought an adult or a teenager due his role as a warden. Thus, he is the first operative after Nunmbuh 1000 to posess an Erasure Pistol, a weapon that can permanently erase it's victims memories."

"The Splinter Cell's origin is still shrouded in mystery and I have a strong hunch they are somehow connected to the former leader of the KND Science Division Numbuh 74.239 and former KND Diplomat Numbuh Infinity who both dissapeared shortly before Sector V were framed."
