Salutations, Gettar. Yep. There's nothing like a little rest and relaxation after a rigorous workout. From a physiological perspective, characters with that extent of muscle mass and muscular development ( the unreal kind ), would of course, require extended periods of r&r just to recuperate from the insane amount of kilojoules their muscles would burn.
