my first gif made "simply" drawing aech clip with photoshop and animate them with ImageReady (argh!!!
)i like the arm's animation, but the rest of the body is too static
the next time i'll animate everything.... pheraps

That is a very good animation; you did the arm and face movements very well, and I can't imagine how pain staking the process must have been. Great work!

THat's pretty neat. I actually came up witha posing routine for MOrgalla where she changes between human and demon forms. Each form as different music and different ways of posing.
But alas...show me an animation company willing to do this. bastards!!!!! LOL

Not sure why people would call it creepy ... oh well.
A great start. The only thing I would try to do is to adjust the size and shifting of the nearest breast just a touch to give the motion a bit more connection with the rest of her.

I was wondering, did you draw a rough underneth first and how hard is it to use ImageReady?

for marge face and body, i draw over a screen shoot from the cartoon episode. then i do a sketch of the arm-frame in blue, if it works, i redo in black.
image ready is very basic and simple, so i think it's not the best program for animations

So got any programs you could recommend or think might work well for a tool like me? ^^
She looks good, kind of wished there was a comic about it, but seeing the official comics on the Simpsons that exsist, I don't think they would live up to the cartoon.
