I draw each frame and then created an animated gif, all in Photoshop.

it sounds like a very time consuming process and tricky but it seems worth it :3 I don't have photoshop but is it possible to do the same thing in sai?

Things like eye pupil movement and other minor facial stuff can also give more life to the animation, without any of the tricky stuff like extra shading or change of lighting or the appearance of sweat.Β At least, it should anyway.
I like how the bar vibrates and moves though, conveying gravity.
EDIT: I just noticed the frames of blinking and from that you can tell she's sort of exhausted, but the speed doesn't properly convey that.Β Maybe if she were to slow down temporarily and speed up again, it'd give the viewer more of a context of the scene.

in her shirt? And there is something really wrong with pokemon. I mean, here's a 12 year old kid throwing his pokeballs at everyone, and out of them comes stuff like squirtles that shoot stuff at you. So... that's what's odd about that wonderful game. Still... animated muscle girls are great
