I don't have a spesific electric type on my dream emerald team because of that. This is still a pretty good team.

This looks epic, not my personal dream team in Emerald which I am now going to beat because I won't delete files accidently on my internal storage on my phone which is not on my sd card so removing it does not cause a problem... but I think this is just Pokemon that look sick and I would have Gardevoir and Sharpedo on my team a lot of the time in Emerald. I think Marill is a good starting water Pokemon you could find and get before you can get that one pokemon who evolves into Sharpedo. I usually choose a Fire starter in the Pokemon games since there are few fire types that I might want to use in most Pokemon Games.
