The original image tone color is more blue, actually blue is the right color. Kusbiantoro, the artist painting it green because he's only following the printer result which more greenish because almost lack of tint

It's neither of those, looks almost like Igor from the third movie but the head is too small. Doesn't appear to be any of the named characters from what I can tell.
