I am so sorry I had forgotten all about your contest! Somethings with life and other priorities happened. SO sorry for the late entry. Anyway I decided on doing Rapunzel, after I finished I saw nearly everyone did Rapunzel XD. SO anyway my "Darker" take on her was inspired by two things I never though would co exist. Millia Rage from Guilty Gear and Halle Berry making this tormented expression. ( usedit for the facial expressions XD) So in my mind a Darker themed Rapunzel is one where her hair is more of a curse, something she wants to escape from or held back by, controlled but not bound by it . Anyway the hair has a life and mind of its own.As for Rapunzels look it self its purely my preference abstaining from the norm, and just why not? XD I personally love how she turned out!
Also marks the first time I actually tried to do shoes >.>

Thank you wifey, the hair was the funniest and most aggravating part to work on. I love that 'Paint' tool but sometimes It can be hard to work with.

I think I've came across a very nice way doing hair, but I think it only applies in SAI. Or at least one that is easy to manipulate quite well! Thanks man I appreciate it!
