Finished in 2005, July. Objective: over all check for painting.Wing Knight, is a sky unit of the dark side, in these old fantasy simulation games Elthlead/The Emblem of Gaia. Player commands the light side to wipe out the dark side, which is quite convensional style.
We just kill all of dark side units, but what if we think about the war dead in the dark side? Master N, a friend of mine, originaly thought about the idea 15 years ago(!), and he made a rough sketch of the scene, though I don't remember what it was.(I remember his idea, but not his picture at all)
Anyway I borrowed his idea. Reality, the feel of materials, blood and dirt are better than I expected. BG, conposition, perspective, could be more improved. (weak points XD)
Though a bit bloody, I'd be happy if you liked it.
Finally does anyone know if there is an English word(should be one, literary word) which corresponds to "cry bitterly, emotionally, with regret, sorrow, and sometimes anger"? I'd been looking for the proper word and was unable to find one. That's why I put the Japanese title "Doukoku".

This actually reminds me a great deal of Disgaea. The fallen guy kind of resembling a teenage version of Laharal and the red-head looking slightly like Etna.

Thank you very much I really appreciate it! Everybody keeps telling me that I'll never move to Japan (which I intend to do) and that I wasting my time trying to learn to speak Japanese but I will prove them all wrong HA!
So where in Japan do you live? I've looked at maps and things (while looking for possible places to live myself). If you're curios at all, I live in the state of Idaho. It's really pretty here, there are beautiful mountians, pretty forests and lakes. Good camping XD

Hm..well, try to speak a lot, coz without speaking your brain won't learn. Mumbling to yourself would be OK. XD Try to immerse yourself in the language, in your case, Japanese. I read TIME everyday as well as journals here. Watching Japanese movies will work, unless they are the ones which have too many slangs. But the most important thing is that you "enjoy" learning it. After all, the reason I got myself improved in leaning English is that I love it to death. XD

o "cry bitterly, emotionally, with regret, sorrow, and sometimes anger" I don't know if anyone's replied to that, but I started thinking about it and I think mourning was the closest one I could come up with, although it doesn't necessarily mean crying and it doesn't have anything to do with anger. ^^'

I mean, her expression is so wonderful I almost cried.... the background is awesome, even though the sword to the left looks a little misplaced, but that is the only bad thing I can come up with.
