Description
Finished in 2005, July. Objective: over all check for painting.Wing Knight, is a sky unit of the dark side, in these old fantasy simulation games Elthlead/The Emblem of Gaia. Player commands the light side to wipe out the dark side, which is quite convensional style.
We just kill all of dark side units, but what if we think about the war dead in the dark side? Master N, a friend of mine, originaly thought about the idea 15 years ago(!), and he made a rough sketch of the scene, though I don't remember what it was.(I remember his idea, but not his picture at all)
Anyway I borrowed his idea. Reality, the feel of materials, blood and dirt are better than I expected. BG, conposition, perspective, could be more improved. (weak points XD)
Though a bit bloody, I'd be happy if you liked it.
Finally does anyone know if there is an English word(should be one, literary word) which corresponds to "cry bitterly, emotionally, with regret, sorrow, and sometimes anger"? I'd been looking for the proper word and was unable to find one. That's why I put the Japanese title "Doukoku".

The best word I can come up with is "hysterically" as in "hysterically crying". This can describe a flood of emotions in tears, and often combine many strong emotions. Anger, sadness, regret, all bundled up in such a indescribable mass that the only possible way to express it is yelling or crying.
English is my first language, but I'm not sure if hysterical is the word you want. Thought I'd suggest one. :3

The English word I could think of which has meanings of what you stated is "Weep". But it sounds kind of plain. Ahehe.

May I suggest the word "wail"? Sorry if you're not accepting suggestions or someone's already suggested it.
Anyway.
I love the way the blood looks. The hair is beautiful, and the sword is amazing. The jewel in the middle is very shiny and a lovely colour. Also, the expressions are so sad and wonderful. Great job~

your welcome. by the way mourn would be an adequite word, or even grieve when one mourns (or grieves) for the loss of a loved one or close companion.

that's a sad scene. it's nice to have someone be sensitive to what the other side is feeling regardless of race, ethnicity and the like. Demons have feelings too.
