And yes, many times, in fact: Halifax, Quebec City, Montreal, Toronto, Stratford, Pelee Island -- most recently a week visiting friends at Echo Lake (just outside of Sault Sainte Marie), and with them at their cabin on Lake Superior at Montreal Harbor. Never farther west, though. Always enjoy it -- much relieved that Mr Harper is finally dismissed, that Canada can resume being Canada. Wish we in the US could rid ourselves of the always more despicable Republicans . . .

You must see the West one day; it would suit your sensitivity with the constant changes in light and dramatic scenery. I loved Banff and Jasper and hope to return one day. We too are delighted that Mr. Harper is gone from power, and hopeful that Mr. Trudeau will prove himself a fine Prime Minister. Having been born in the US, I can sympathize with your plight and the despicable candidates. Let us hope that men like you outnumber their supporters. Take care, Gregg.
