Funny ideas.
The boobs could be venom sacks.Β  This means that all the vipers you face could be males or a mix of both.

They are smaller than how most artists make them, and seem oddly muscular compared to how the rest of the body is shaped. A the very least I would say they serve no greater purpose than simply attracting a mate. In older games there were also "Snake Men" so perhaps not all Vipers have cleavage (unless they retconned that for some odd reason)Β

!Incoming address from the Commander! ...
Attention XCOM! It has come to my attention that members of our research staff are reportedly "groping" inoculated ViperΒ prisonersΒ as well as other acts of sexual harassment. I would like to remind you all that though we may be a resistance force composed of societal rejects; we are also, for better or for worse, THE GOOD GUYS of this conflict. And though we technically are not bound to any treaties or pacts, we do try to practice something called ETHICS. The fact that these are hostile invaders who were probably going to kill later anyway is IRELEVANT! We will, if nothing else, treat them with DIGNITY, or I will personally throw each and every offender out the nearest window... WHILE we're airborne! Commander out.

Makes me wish we still had the possibility to capture and interrogate, it would have been great to more humanly interrogate the Aliens and hear they're point of view. Β

Maybe they'll make it an option in a DLC pack.

I'd find the implant, remove it, and then start a campaign to free and recruit her people in the fight to free earth and next her own peoples world. Along with hoping to get one of her kind as a willing wife X3

Too be fair most of the alien species that you fight have some human DNA in them so they are related in a strange way and are also slaves so its not impossible to think you could get them to join with enough human sympathizing retoric or just brainwashing and propaganda.
The thinmen where the only race in the first Xcom remake that was smart enough to value its life and actually behaved its self in captivity and was cooperative in giving info because it didn't want to die. The Vipers where made with a mix of the thinmen, humans and snakes so they are smart enough to value there lives and can be reasoned with and capable of making there own choices. Which makes them the most prime candidate of the species to turncoat on there alien masters.

Very true, and in another xcom game a alien had its chip removed and it returned to its self, granted in a very confused state but willing to help when he realized he was free of the elders grasp. Granted not all would behave as rationally, but no life takes kindly to such enslavement. Free a sentient one (which Vipers are at the very least adapting to) and you can begin to reason with them. Once you can reason, then more options open.Β
