I always have a struggle on magic circles for my OC's. So I found you here. So is there any way you can help me with my team? Respond so I can tell you the details.

Well, can you tell me exactly how to make it glow, like in the ones that you do? Especially the symbol part. I can't find a way to make it work. Can you tell me, please?

To start off, the whole outline of the magic circle is white, including the inside and use different opacities to make it more detailed if you like.
Then with an airbrush tool, you make the size the same as the circle, (a little bigger not too much) and use your OC's colour theme and colour it in with just a few clicks while hovering over the MC. Remember, the centre of the circle where the symbol is, is the highest concentration of light (turn up luminosity but not too much)
as for the symbols, they have the runes of ephedia of Google, or you can gather/make up your own symbols to put around the circle.
For the actual shining, I use a shine png that I can provide you with and you can change the colour to the one desired. Turn up the luminosity, and be blown away by your skills

First you need circles, an outer one, inner & then center. Also you need runes. You can make your own or use the Ephedian ones.
Second, you need your symbol to place in the middle.
Third, you make the inside designs, having them as an accent to your main symbol or having a certain way they look as in how epedians have similar circles, or Voltans also have similar circles etc.
Then when you have your actual circle done, you go onto the glowing part.
So, how I do it is, I use a shine PNG I found on Google to have the shining effect kind of thing, and for the glowy border around the circle, you select all parts of it and increment, 4 times for 1 layer, 5 times on the next 6 times on the third. I make the opacity on each different, so the last one would be the least opaque, the second a bit more and the first is Opaque. It might be confusing, but I'll make a tutorial eventually on how to make lolirock magic circles.
