Pokemon gen 2 has a special place in my heart dedicated to only it. I got myself back into playing the game, picking up Pokemon Crystal after my old Pokemon Silver gameboy cartridge died on me years back. I was hoping that it would help me pick myself back up and get me in a happier mindset, and boy, has it ever.Felt like I needed to draw a picture of my two best babies from my game right now, I'm pretty proud with them. So here's me with my big lovable baby boy and my tough little girlie girl, my favorite little pooches that I get to see every night before bed after a long day of work.
Sorry to my Noctowl, I was gonna add him but I just can not seem to be able to draw him. But I love him too!

Thanks! I've been the same for, like, forever! But I rarely play enough, it takes a long time for me to finally pick up the game again, and my parties are never what im happiest with. But I've fallen in love with this playthrough of the game, its been more magical since the last few times I ever picked up a pokemon game. I think i was so upset that I got super attached to the game. lol

Well I was over at my friend's house and she just casually pointed out the DS and went like "oh yeah we selling dat" I freaked out so much, it was quite cheap too and I was like NO DONT SELL IT ITS MINE xD
SAME, its exciting and interesting because holy shiet pokemans in real world and i wanna see how it turns out this time, because they are advertising to hardcore fans of pokemon but those who spend most of their time on their butts inside, but at the same time the wii did the same thing and it was a success

Water types are a fun one though, I dont blame you. For me, though, I am a twisted fire starter. I have tried picking the other starters before, but I just can't be happy with that choice once I get a bit into the game. Though, I dont get why I get so upset with picking the wrong starter at the start of the game, I always ditch my starter fast anyway. lol

You're welcome! And regarding style, I think it's good to go really deep into both to decide how much of each you want to incorporate into your drawings. Plus, studying realism helps cartoony style a lot, since it is a simplified version of reality.

Art with a mouse is not bad. A lot of amazing artists actually use only a mouse.
And I have my old drawing tablet still, i dont use it anymore since i upgraded a while back. If you are ever interested, i might consider selling it.
