An idea that popped into my head when I had access to the chart. Would you agree with my decisions? Comment below with your opinions.

LAWFUL GOOD - Mothra: Do I even have to explain this one? Mothra is devoted to protecting the Earth and won't let any harm come to it or its people.

LAWFUL NEUTRAL - Kiryu/Mechagodzilla 3: This one was difficult, but I needed an EDF monster. Kiryu essentially represents the humans, who hate the chaos that is the result of monsters like Godzilla and won't do anything that contributes to it.

LAWFUL EVIL - Battra: Battra was always my number one for this alignment. He is tasked with protecting the Earth, but, in doing so, causes more destruction than necessary. He is trying to do the Earth good, but causes a massive amount of chaos, killing and destroying what he believes to be endangering the Earth.

NEUTRAL GOOD - Anguirus: Anguirus is usually an independent monster living on the Island, but, as it has been shown, he will do what he can to help when the situation demands it.

TRUE NEUTRAL - King Kong: Not even originally from the Godzilla franchise, it's pretty obvious why Kong wouldn't take a side. He's loyal only to himself and occasionally to pretty girls.

NEUTRAL EVIL - Gigan: I realize that Gigan isn't his own monster, usually having an alien master, but his mission is typically carrying out the intent of said master. Gigan likely wouldn't kill or destroy on his own unless he was ordered to do so.

CHAOTIC GOOD - Godzilla: Godzilla, obviously, doesn't care about the laws of the humans or about order. His desire is to defend his home, caring not for whatever gets trampled or destroyed in the process.

CHAOTIC NEUTRAL - Rodan: Rodan, like Anguirus, is an independent monster. But unlike Anguirus, Rodan has no desire to protect the Earth unless he is directly threatened by whatever is endangering it. If he had a choice, it's likely that he'd remain on Monster Island in peace and not be bothered by the other monsters.

CHAOTIC EVIL - King Ghidorah: When Ghidrah debuted in the Godzilla universe, he attacked the Earth and caused unspeakable destruction unprovoked. Most other times, Ghidorah is controlled by another, but his first attack alone plus his role in Rebirth of Mothra demonstrates that he is a force of pure destruction that would annihilate the Earth if left unchallenged, making him the obvious candidate for Chaotic Evil.
