So, I'm working in a lab over the summer- specifically I'm conducting neurobehavioural tests comparing differences in mouse strains. I'm testing DBA/2J [link] BTBR T+ tf/J [link] and C57BL/6J [link]

So, uhh... I felt the need to express my appreciation for the 49 lovely little pipsqueaks that I'm testing. They're adorable little buggers and I love them.

Hehehe, my supervisor walked in and I was talking to them- I'm pretty sure he thinks I'm off my rocker.

PS. I have absolutely no interest in discussing animal testing- I think it's one of those topics like politics or religion, where minds are already made up and there isn't anything anyone can say to change anything. However, if anyone has any questions about the inner workings of a mouse facility, I'd be more than happy to answer.
