Appears to be friendly, but if he has a goal, he is usually scheming and hiding it so that he can get people to help him achieve his goal. It is usually a selfish goal and will usually only benefit himself, so he won't get into detail, and most people will never know what his goal originally is. If it's a goal that will probably help the other person, he'll just say it out right, in a mutual helping relationship. He's also a great actor.
Manipulative
Rulle doesn't like to get his hands dirty, or use them at all, really, so he usually tries to manipulate others into doing things for him. He's an amazing liar, and chooses targets that are more naive and easy to manipulate, as opposed to those who are on guard all the time.
Selfish
Everything he does, it's usually for his own benefit, even if it hurts others. Rulle does not have anyone he really cares about, and will avoid friendships.
Liar
Rulle is a master of lying, and it's incredibly hard to tell his fake facial expressions from his real ones. He's also very good at reading the lies of others, and does not easily fall for lies. Sometimes, he will pretend to fall for them to trick someone.
Playful
He does like to joke around, and tease people, as well. He sometimes does magic tricks for fun and displays them to the world.
Guarded
As a human living in the Dark Court, Rulle is always on guard and does not easily fall for traps and lies. He is very cunning, and would very much be the first one to betray another if it's to protect himself.
Smart
He's a smart guy, and uses this to his advantage when fighting, but physically, he's not very strong. He can come up with creative solutions and he can actually give pretty good advice, when he's not too busy being human garbage. He's also pretty good at reading the atmosphere.
Witty
He can be pretty funny and a big smartass but sometimes this gets him in trouble with more serious people.
Independent
Although Rulle does prefer to use other people to do his bidding, he doesn't necessarily depend on them to do everything. He usually does travel alone and he doesn't like to join groups. He tends to try to run away from the chance of a friendship, because he doesn't know how long it could possibly last or what could happen.

History :

Rulle was born in the Water Court to a middle class family. He grew up having a peaceful life. As a child, Rulle watched the adults lie to each other and try to save face in order to suck up to those of a higher rank, and found he could similarly easily manipulate other kids by telling them lies, while acting like a kind, good child in front of the adults. He found enjoyment in this, but he never took it too far, because he was still a child himself and knew that if anything bad happened, it would get harder to manipulate others.

As he grew up, his personality did not improve. He would get other teenagers into fights while watching from afar to his amusement, and he could break up couples quite easily with just a few lies and rumours here and there. He would often join gangs, and pick a side, but if he would benefit from it, he would betray them. This eventually gained him a lot of enemies, and by the time he was 18, he decided to move to the Dark Court.

In the Dark Court, he realized there weren't many humans, and that he could use this to his advantage, by acting weak. If someone were to attack him in a secluded area, he would make quick work of them. The crime rate was high and no one was there to catch them, and many of the criminals he defeated were ashamed that they had lost to a human. If he was feeling threatened by someone and didn't want to deal with it, he would call upon someone he'd previously defeated and blackmail them into fighting for him.

Aside from this, he would set up shop as a soothsayer and tell fortunes using water. Whether or not his magic was 100% accurate, he couldn't say, but people still seemed to believe what he said and even came back to have their fortunes told again sometimes. Sometimes, he tells his own fortune when he's feeling particularly like he might be killed, but usually he doesn't, because he enjoys life's surprises.

He currently still resides in the Dark Court.
