Commission for Queen-NebulaI didn't want to vary too much from her original design, but I had the idea of adding icicle thingys to help convey her 'frosty' feel. As requested, I kept the colours the same, but I added one lighter and darker colour because I felt that it would be a bit bland with just the two. I really liked Tundra's original hair, so I didn't really do too much with it.
Anyway, hope you like it, feel free to let me know if you want to change anything ^^
